A NEW CHAPTER · Coaching practice in development
For women · English-language practice

Return to
yourself.

A kinder relationship with yourself. More room for your voice. Small, deliberate steps toward a life that feels like yours.

Explore the approach ↗

Self-respect · Self-expression · Practical agency

You can begin caring for yourself
before you feel completely confident.
The intention

Make space for
the woman you are.

The approach I am developing brings together thoughtful conversation, believable self-talk, gentle body awareness, imagination, and everyday action.

We would explore what self-respect looks like in your life: expressing a preference, receiving kindness, enjoying movement, or making a choice without waiting to feel perfect.

Spiritual reflection can be part of the work if you choose it. Your beliefs, boundaries, and definition of femininity remain yours.

The working framework

From reflection
to lived experience.

Six flexible stages. An approach to pilot and evaluate together.

01 / ARRIVE

Find your footing.

Begin with what you need today. Pause, notice your surroundings, and choose how you want to participate.

02 / UNDERSTAND

See the pattern.

Explore one real situation: what happened, what you told yourself, and what you did next.

03 / REFRAME

Choose kinder words.

Find language that is accurate and compassionate enough to use, even on a difficult day.

04 / REHEARSE

Imagine your response.

Practise a small act of self-respect. Make room for the obstacles as well as the possibility.

05 / ACT

Take it into your life.

Choose one manageable step: a preference, a boundary, a conversation, or a moment of enjoyment.

06 / INTEGRATE

Learn and adjust.

Notice what helps and what does not. Adapt the practice and build confidence in your own choices.

This framework is in development. Its combined effectiveness has not yet been established.

A gentle reflection

One word.
One small choice.

Choose a word and consider what it could mean in an ordinary moment today. You do not need to force a feeling or repeat a claim you cannot believe.

An optional reflection, not a treatment. You may pause or stop at any time.

What is one way you could treat yourself with respect today, even if confidence feels far away?

Let the answer be small and specific. Then consider when you might act on it.

The person behind the practice

Hello,
I'm Annie.

I am developing a coaching practice for women, bringing together my interest in personal development, spiritual reflection, movement, and practical change.

I want the work to leave room for sensitivity, creativity, strength, and each woman's own way of expressing herself.

I am currently working toward online certifications. My personal study and practice include books, lectures, and meditation. Completed qualifications and specific programmes will be listed here once verified.

Before working together

Your questions,
with room for honesty.

What could we work on?

The proposed focus is self-respect, everyday self-talk, self-expression, chosen femininity, and practical goals. A first conversation would clarify your priorities and whether the service fits your needs.

Do I need to share a spiritual belief?

No. Spiritual practices would be optional and discussed with you. You can choose a practical approach without spiritual language.

What does femininity mean here?

You define it. It might involve pleasure, creativity, tenderness, confidence, strength, or none of those words. It is not an appearance standard or a requirement to behave in a particular way.

Is this therapy?

The proposed service is coaching for personal-development goals. Clinical treatment is outside its proposed scope. The final offer will specify qualifications, boundaries, and how to find additional support when appropriate.

Can I book now?

You can email me to express interest and discuss your goals. Online booking is not yet open; session format, professional arrangements, and fees are being refined. The website is currently in English.

The next chapter

Let’s begin
a conversation.

The practice is taking shape. Sessions and resources will be primarily in English. Spanish and Dutch versions may follow as the work develops.
